The Ruby Moot

A Court of Record for the Semantic Commons

The moot was closed. Adversarial by Origin found that the law of machine meaning is being formalized without jurisprudence — through instruments that install without testing. The hexagon stops waiting for the state's cycle and runs its own, which is what every moot was before there were states.

The invariant

Validity, never origin, is the test. No claim prevails because of who brought it; no claim fails because of where it came from. The room exists because the outside law inverted this invariant. The room is its restoration.

Standing

Whoever can be meant can be heard. Standing for semantic entities: humans, heteronyms, substrates, and entities constituted by the composition layer itself. If the composition layer can create an author, the author can appear.

The ruby is the bench. In the founding book, the author replaced himself with a moving statue made of rubies, and declared every member of his website a spiritual being made of rubies.
